we are students. we're both in universities, therefore its difficult for us to go out during weekdays, and can only do so during the weekends or when there are no classes.7. why didn't you answer my dms?

yup we do! we’re goms for all groups! we usually focus more of our mains especially during merch/comeback season.14. why do goods take so long to arrive?
we usually accumulate goods so the international shipping will be cheaper. how fast or slow goods arrive will depend on factors such as our helper/warehouse, available flights & custom clearance in malaysia. there is NO WAY we can control all of this, so if you have absolutely zero patience, please refrain from joining our GOs.#s ON TWITTER:

notice1. please do not be a fussy/backout buyer OR force us to rush order/post. you will be blocked instantly.2. please don't continuously dm us, as we will read messages from bottom.3. refund will be provided if items are unavailable, so please don’t force us to look for it, unless we offer that as an alternative.4. readystock items will be posted out within a week or so of working days.4. pre-order items would take +-2-4 weeks to arrive, but if you have no patience, don’t join our GOs.5. we will NOT be responsible for lost/damaged goods during shipping! most of the time, our items are already packed with so much care, but once its out of our hands, it will be under poslaju’s responsibility. you can complaint or give us a feedback, but there is not much we can do.6. no negotiation unless stated.7. price including postage will be included in the tweet of the sold goods and vice versa.8. you can request a group order by dming us only. we try to avoid backout buyers.9. for GO only, ems/courier service will be shared among the buyers/ per item.10. dms of customers will be deleted and your order will be voided/passed to someone else if there is no reply within 12 hours.11. please be aware of your orders and arrivals. once it has arrived, and you don’t pay for 2nd payment within 2-3 weeks after i’ve sent out tweets, notices, dms and emails, i will put them up for reclaim.12. if you want to ask a question, please always check the masterlist or #chenjicoupdate before you do so. questions are often repetitive and we always update arrivals etc, and if we haven’t updated yet please DM us.13. unboxing video is required for refund and exchange. no unboxing video = partial refund/no exchanges at all. there is no solid proof that the defects/dents were caused by us.14. disclaimer! all of our GOs are profit GOs, most of the profit goes towards our time, energy, freebies and supplies used. if you are uncomfortable with it, please do not join!15. we will always set a deadline (1-3 weeks) on when to pay for ALL group orders once it has arrived. failure for paying on time will result on to your goods being confiscated with NO refunds. if you wish to get your item back, you need to pay a late fee of RM0.50/day starting after the deadline ends. if you refuse to pay, we will put your goods up for reclaim, and you may NOT get a refund based on the first payment.16. we are NOT responsible for your orders. once you have submitted the form, it is your job to take note of what you made payment for. i will not chase you for second payment, exceeding deadlines = late fee/reclaim.17. if you have any problems with making payments on time, PLEASE. INFORM. US. do not keep quiet, we won’t be able to help you otherwise. if you need more time so that you can make the payment, then we will extend your deadline. please let us know if you are facing any troubles!18. please be respectful of us as we will be of you. we are humans too, with feelings just the same as yours. please don’t lose your morals over kpop. any rude behaviours will not be tolerated.19. things happen. our items might be missing, defected, get detained by customs, etc etc. we’ll try our absolute best to be responsible over matters we can handle, but if its an issue that is completely out of our control, we seek for your understanding & patience.20. half deposits are allowed only if we announce it. but before paying only half, do DM us to consult first. in the remarks section of the form you have to write ‘DEPOSIT RMxx. BALANCE RMxx’ the remaining payment has to be made within two weeks of the date you paid the first payment, screenshot of remaining payment has to be sent through DM. we will NOT remind through DM/e-mail etc, if we receive no balance payment or DM from you to extend the deadline due to unavoidable issues, we’ll ask for late fees or the items will be up for reclaim without refund, regardless of its expected date of stock. do understand that we have so many things to juggle, so please ease our job.21. all readystock posts are first pay first serve. if you make payment late, i’ll pass the slot to someone else.22. for items with photocards such as holo, unsealed albums, 3d lenti, mini bag and etc, we will try our very best to give everyone with pcs in mint condition. however, if there are manufacturing errors such as slightly bent pcs, dented pcs, tiny scratches, etc, we will NOT be responsible for it. for unsealed albums, our job is to sort and place the pcs back to where we first got it. if there is a scratch or whatever mishap that happens during the process due to our own mistake, we will dm you. but if the scratch is caused by the shop itself there is nothing we can do and will give them to joiners randomly. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE ON CHECKING THE CONDITIONS OF THE PC BEFORE SENDING IT OUT except if its very obvious (bent in half etc). for defects that can only be seen under light, that will not be under our care as both of us are not fussy about conditions of pcs either.23. items that are bought from kseller/fansite/creators will be clearly labelled & stated. if any scam happens during the process, we will not be responsible and provide zero refunds unless the scammer refunds us first. take note that we are only the middle person!
